Healthcare
Software for clinics and health businesses that cannot afford downtime
Healthcare software carries a higher bar. Patient data has to be handled carefully, appointment systems cannot silently fail, and staff will not adopt a tool that adds clicks to a busy day. We build practical healthcare software: patient-facing sites, appointment and enquiry capture, and internal systems that reduce admin instead of adding to it.
What usually goes wrong
- Appointment enquiries arrive by phone and get written on paper, then lost
- Patient records live across spreadsheets, WhatsApp and a legacy system nobody maintains
- The website loads slowly on mobile, where most patients actually find you
- Reception spends hours on scheduling and reminders that should be automatic
- No clear picture of no-show rates or where new patients are coming from

Questions we get asked
How do you handle patient data?
Access control and data isolation are designed in from the start rather than bolted on. Data is scoped so one organisation can never read another's records, credentials are never committed to source control, and everything runs over TLS. We will tell you plainly what a build does and does not cover before you commit to it.
Can you integrate with an existing practice management system?
Where the system exposes an API, yes. Where it does not, we usually recommend a staged migration rather than a risky rebuild, and we will say so even when the smaller project is the less profitable one for us.
Do you build patient-facing apps or internal tools?
Both. Patient-facing work tends to be booking, enquiry and information. Internal work tends to be scheduling, records and reporting. Most engagements touch both sides.
What does a healthcare project typically involve?
A short discovery to map the actual workflow, then a phased build so something useful ships early rather than everything arriving at the end. You see working software throughout, not just at handover.
