The problem

Independent security firms lose contracts they are actually fulfilling. Guards complete their rounds, but the proof lives in handwritten Daily Activity Reports that arrive late, go missing, or say nothing a client can act on. Scheduling runs on spreadsheets that break the moment somebody calls in sick, and when renewal season arrives the firm has no defensible record of the service it delivered.

What we built

We built a platform that captures proof at the moment of work rather than after it. Guards confirm checkpoints from their phones with GPS verification, so every patrol carries a location and a timestamp. Scheduling moved off spreadsheets into a single roster with coverage visible at a glance. Reports generate themselves from patrol data and land in a white-label client portal carrying the security firm's own branding, so the operator hands their client a professional record instead of a photocopied logbook.
