ZygenAI: An AI Support Agent That Answers in Under 30 Seconds

The problem

Marketplace sellers are judged on response time by platforms that never sleep. A buyer asking where their parcel is at 2am expects an answer, and a slow reply costs seller metrics, visibility and eventually sales. Hiring humans across timezones does not pay for itself at small-seller margins, and generic auto-responders make it worse: they answer without knowing the order, so the buyer has to ask twice.

What we built

We built agents that connect straight to the seller's marketplace account, so a reply is grounded in the actual order, the real tracking number and the carrier's real delivery date. The agent writes in the seller's established voice and is constrained never to invent a fact it cannot read from order data. Anything carrying risk (a refund demand, a dispute, a message with negative sentiment) is escalated to a human instead of answered. An AI Listing Studio generates eBay listings from photographs, stripping EXIF and GPS data before anything is published, and an analytics view reports message volume, response times and escalation rates.
